  Love the store. Love the selections. 99% of your staff are fine. Why I gave this place a 1 star is to show just how poor the quality is of the middle aged brunette woman who likely fancies herself a manager that hangs out in the self service checkouts. Numerous times she shocks me with her extreme lack of care and quality in her service. She takes complaints with a highly glazed over face. If this Coles got rid of her then the place would be a model for all supermarkets.

  Watch out for the Coles shoppers - they never move for you and you have negotiate around them. Check out staff are friendly, there is the odd one who needs a rocket up their you know what but mostly great. Thank goodness we have a decent Coles now in the area. Way better than Woolies!

  Every store in this sprawling mall is bright, shiny and new. The Coles is no exception. What isn't new is the service level. My criticism of service in Australia, generally, exists because of much better service levels elsewhere, specifically America. If you're buying a pack of smokes or a SIM card at the kiosk of a Coles and the person attending to your purchase stops to answer questions about staff scheduling with a colleague, are you as the customer entitled to the idea that that is poor service? I think so, which is why I make mention of it here. Should I be incidentally part of the discussion about Raylene's hours this week? No, Raylene can wait until this purchase is finalised. Surely.
